2. Material Preparation
For interior installations, we typically work with high-density XPS polystyrene foam sheets as our base material. These are rigid, moisture-resistant, and incredibly lightweight — meaning no structural modifications are needed to your walls, even for large installations.
3. Hand Carving & Sculpting
Using specialist carving tools, wire brushes, and heat-forming techniques, our craftsmen hand-sculpt each stone face, joint, crack, and surface variation directly into the foam. 4. Render Coating

5. Colouring & Finishing

How durable is the finish?
